In today’s highly competitive markets, incumbent insurance carriers may be at a disadvantage competing with smaller, more agile carriers as they enter their markets. To stay competitive, incumbent carriers must engage their stakeholders in new ways that simplify complex processes, limit required data and reduce or eliminate processing delays whenever possible. This session will explore how Idaho State Insurance Fund is rethinking its relationship with technology. It will look at how this 105-year-old institution has begun to embrace the cloud, web services, automation, and other enabling technologies to begin its digital transformation.
