You Be the Judge

Have you ever wanted to be a workers’ compensation judge? Here's your chance! Through fast-paced interactive participation, you will be provided with the facts of actual cases and the applicable law. Next, you will deliberate with the other participants in your group and render decisions, just like the judges in workers’ compensation courts, except here you will have only two minutes to decide each case! After we discuss the group’s decisions, participants then will learn how their decisions compare to those issued by the judges who actually decided the cases. This is a fun and thought-provoking way to learn about workers’ compensation laws and procedures.
