Providing service to our policyholders is a top priority and traditionally has been done in large part during onsite visits. Online resources have also been a mainstay for quite some time, but with the challenges of the 2020 pandemic, virtual services have been taken to a new level. Our Safety and Health Committee members will discuss innovative ways to connect with policyholders remotely while also maintaining high quality and measuring success. How are we all servicing our insureds during a pandemic and during pandemic recovery, and what will service will look like post-pandemic? Connecting with the right people using digital platforms, video conferencing, interactive website tools, and even FaceTime and texting are all possibilities. Please join us to learn more about how to be successful in the digital age while maintaining a level of human interaction.
